Misfortune High is an independently published graphic novel series written and drawn by Jules Rivera. The story opens on Biscuit, a spoiled rich kid who attends the nicest magic school in the city of Las Fortunas. Biscuit is expelled for cheating and lying, and as punishment, he is sent to Fortuna High 189 aka Misfortune High. There, he makes several friends and even more enemies. Unwilling to deal with his new circumstances, Biscuit’s mission becomes to get out of Misfortune High at any cost.
